PG Mutual Tracking Order Status

I needed to make a cash withdrawal. The person dealing with my enquiry was very helpful. The process was explained clearly and I was also informed how long it would take. I asked for a withdrawal of £2000.00. I was surprised to find out that a bonus of £500.00 had been added to my withdrawal. I would have wanted this bonus to be added to the remaining funds if I had been given the information.

As a long standing member I was pleased that I never had to use the benefit but it was going to be there. PG mutual worked with me to offer continued membership although limited when I emigrated to USA. When the time came to terminate the membership I was very surprised by the bonus and very happy that my money safe and secure.
