Prescribed For Life Tracking Order Status

I ordered an item, powered maltitol and got crystal maltitol, I use it in my frosting and it works well. The crystal gives the oriduct a grainy texture. I specifically order the powered the order slip says that and yet they sent me 2 bags of crystal. They don't answer t h e phone cannot leave a message and do not answer email. Not a very consumer friendly setup. Guess I just lost about $169. Really irratting.

Trouble with order #21350. Never arrived because was returned by the private courier UPS. I ask for reship via postal service and not confirmed nothing about and lost the money. As mentioned postal service delivery to Spain works ok.
