Pet Pro Supply Co Tracking Order Status

Poor Customer Service the wrong part was ordered I’m not sure if was on there end or mine they had to order from a company for the part either way I just needed to exchange it and was willing to pay any shipping cost but they refused and said that was there policy I mean who reads polices on everything they order and not only that I just wanted to exchange it. Not get a refund poor customer service if I ran my business like this I would be out of business so If you order ANYTHING make sure you read ALL policies a scam of a business UPDATE!!! Just wanted to share an update about my experience I was contacted by the business explained my situation. They not only helped me get the correct part they stayed in contact with me making sure I was taken care of. The customer service I had this time was EXCEPTIONAL!! I would definitely order with them again

We received the Richell Premium Plus Freestanding gate very promptly. It was exactly what we needed. We wanted to keep our new puppy confined to our upstairs den area while we were up there, which has a hallway that oepns into the room. We didn't want anything that would mark up the sheetrock of the wall. This gate, with each side folded in slightly, totally blocks any "escape" and each side can be independently adjusted. The gate in the middle is nice (so one doesn't have to "hurdle" over the top"), and swings either way, and has detente to hold it fully open, either side of the gate. Great product!

I shopped around for 2 XL Ruff Land Dog Crates, customized with front and rear doors. Every vendor, even the manufacturer, showed that the crates were backordered. I found the best price, which included free shipping, with Pet Pro Supply. They stated that they were backordered up to 16 weeks. I ordered them in December and they arrived in January...you can't beat that! Thank you!

I purchased a Ruffland kennel from Pet Pro Supply Co. and it fits perfect in the back of my '88 bronco with no problems!
