Your ads all say that orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping, however you charged me over $30.00 even though my order was well over $100.00. And then, my bank statement reads $145.00 subtracted, and another transaction withdrawing an additional $16.00 but I have no idea what for?

When I went to check out, I was advised the purchase qualified for free shipping. Even clicked the free shipping option, and went to payment. Since I am using a new credit card, I had to enter the information. When I hit place order, it said my order was changed, and I had to re-enter shipping. I went back to the order, and saw free shipping was no longer and option, though it still said I qualified for free shipping. So I pick a shipping option, and then had to re-enter the card info.

First of all the representative from pet edge who I spoke to was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products. I've been ordering supplies from petedge for quite a few years now and will continue too due to the quality of the products and the professionalism of the staff.
