Pet Drugs Online Tracking Order Status

No issues when ordering and turns up within a few days

Bought some prescription medication from Pet Drugs Online, for which they decided to send in two lots (without letting me know) First lot turned up and caused confusion, which necessitated in a phone call. Second lot didn't show up as it should (Courier said they'd tried to deliver but I was in all day and no card or even a knock at the door) and the medication was held at a DPD depot over Easter. I had to call Pet Drugs Online a further two times about this before and after the 'attempted' delivery. This unfortunately was a problem as the medication needs to be kept at a certain temperature (2-8 degrees) therefore when it turned up on Tuesday it was not cold and therefore unusable. This meant I had to call Pet Drugs Online for a 4th time to resolve. For some unknown reason (they say because of prescription amounts) they insisted I sent the now useless medication back to them before they would send then 2nd batch, as opposed to just letting me throw them away (as mentioned previously, the medication is useless if not kept at the correct temperature) This resulted in a further two phone calls and a trip to the post office in order to finally receive the medication we had paid for weeks previously. Ironically if Pet Drugs Online had sent the medication in one shipment as expected none of this would have happened. Overall, it was a poor user experience. Whilst they were slightly cheaper than other prescription drug sellers, I would rather go elsewhere in future to avoid this kind of situation from happening again.

Order came very quickly and was well packaged. Process for sending in Prescription was simple to follow. In all very pleased with service from this Company

Apprehensive after previous experience but this time I have to give credit where its due, order placed, prescription sent over and approved, order quickly processed and arrived within two days so well done.

I feel confident using the Company. I had a query and the staff are very efficient and friendly.
