Brooke and Nathan spent a lot of time making sure I had the correct Halti for my Staghound. They showed me 3 styles of halter. Professional and Knowledgeable.

I went into the Ringwood Store and was helped by a friendly lady by the name of Talitha. She really knew her products and recommended the best treats for my fussy dog. I have always gone to this store and always feel welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE

I have been a customer of Petbarn Cairns for several years and have alwats found the store and staff ok however in the last 12 months the store has gone from ok to great its super easy to find what Im looking for and the staff know their stuff always happy and eager to help where ever they can

The puppy school at petbarn(Booragoon) is very helpful. Elle is a great instructor with a very pleasant disposition and is patient. She answers all our questions and doubts thoroughly. She also went above and beyond her call of duty and retrieved my car keys which fell into the gutter on the road and was beyond my reach. She patiently used a belt with a hook and retrieved it. Otherwise i would have had to call the RAC. It only further goes to show her helpful nature. She is an asset to Petbarn. Thanks Elle!!
