PEScience Tracking Order Status

Double charged my account and refuse to do anything about it. They keep trying to gaslight me and tell me that it's probably just a "hold" on my account but the amount is posted and appearing on my credit card statement. They refuse to do anything about it. They showed screen shots from their system that show they only made one charge but my account was charged twice so I don't know what they want me to do about it. The protein is really good but I won't order from them again because they don't take accountability for their own mistakes. I will dispute with my bank but they require 15 days wait before opening a claim so I'm just stuck with the double charge until then and have to remember to go back to my bank, wait on hold for 30 minutes to get through all because this company refuses to do anything about their own mistake. I showed them screen shots of my statement and they will still not own up to it. I get it, mistakes happen. Technology isn't perfect. But own up to it and make it right.

The product is good. But ordering from their website is LITERALLY THE WORST. I will never order from their site again. It gets sent to the wrong address every single time despite me checking multiple times that I wrote the correct address. Something is wrong with their system.

I always order the stimulant free alphamine (no caffeine) and use as pre-workout. The baking protein powder is virtually tasteless and makes a great addition to any dough/baking goods. I tried the vanilla sweet cream coffee protein powder and it goes really well with 2 shots of espresso + water + ice + a good shake. I don't really drink any milk so I think the mixture does well with solely the milk protein powder. Any products ordered always come with a random samples of various products that the company offers, which is great for trial if interested in getting to know the company products. I don't recommend any other protein powder from this line if you don't drink milk. I always mix with water and the result is not a good flavor.

Some of the best proteins I've ever tried! My favourite is the cake pop one - it mixes great with both plain almond milk and in oats. I only wish that their vegan proteins were a bit smoother and less gritty..
