I did get the posters. But the customer service wasn't the best.

receipt of the product was great. i'm not so sure about the advertisement of the product sold, however. it seemed rather bait and switch to me. i saw a smaller amount quoted, but many days after the fact, a price was discussed at 10 times the original cost. we are a non-profit institution where every $ is counted on. the experience was rather surprising.

I called this morning and spoke to an employee name Dennis. I was calling for Osorio TIres. He was very attentive and asked me questions. The outcome was excellent. He took care of the situation. I was very impressed with his manner and proffessionalism. Personal Concepts will be called for service for sure, in the near future when needed.

Dennis Poteet not only found the problem with my order, he expedited it so that I will receive it within 3 business days. He was a really great gentleman to talk with and do business with.
