Although the first glass engraving was a bit patchy, after getting in touch they did a replacement straight away! Replied very quickly and sent out a lovely replacement which I am very happy with! Very helpful, thankyou 👍

The product arrived in the first instance with a small mark on it. I emailed the company and without hesitation offered me a refund/remake. They sent the 2nd product out 1st Class due to requiring it for a special occasion! It has arrived in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier with it. The level of professionalism was outstanding. 100% ordering again!!!!

The whole process from choosing the design to ordering then recieving the order was so easy and quick ..the vase is beautifull and a very reasanable price ..very happy ..thank you

The delivery times and the customer service is shocking. It states that 1st class is 1-2 working days, however 5 working days later I was still waiting. When I complained about the delivery times and how long I would be waiting, I just got a standard reply that looks like it was just copied and pasted. Low and behold when I finally received my item they sent me the tracker details. Funny how they wouldn't send it when I was waiting for the item. The item was in good condition, but the customer service and delivery did not contribute to a good service. Why? I have been emailing back and forth anyway with standard replies with no concerns about the delayed delivery. So there’s no point asking online when emailing wise there was no interest or concern

Absolutely fantastic product. Sooo happy. To see my dads name on a pot it was emotional but heart warming. The service was also fabulous. Overall 100% highly highly recommend.
