Persol Tracking Order Status

Ich kann die schlechten Erfahrungen hier leider teilen. Sonnenbrille bestellt und storniert; natürlich kam dann zwei Tage später die Versandbestätigung. Kein Problem, Retoure ist umsonst. Das hat dann alles auch geklappt, aber als es um die Rückerstattung meines Geld kommt, passiert einfach nichts… die Erstattung wurde mir zugesichert, nur kam sie nie an. Dann dauerte es nochmals ein paar Tage und Emails den Sachverhalt- der nun wirklich nicht schwer zu prüfen ist- zu klären. Ich werde hier auch nichts mehr bestellen. Ps Ware war einwandfrei

J’ai passé une commande le 16 février et je l’ai reçu le 18 février. 👍🏼 A titre d’information : La commande fût envoyer depuis l’Italie et la distribution du colis par UPS. Merci beaucoup Persol !

They make beautiful eyewear which is also superior but there’s a few things that could improve. 1. Allow a little time for someone to cancel their online order. People change their minds or make mistakes. 2. Work on refunds especially when customers are using companies that allow pay in four. Such as Klarna, Afterpay Etc.. 3. I don’t have a problem with someone with a different ethnicity than mine but if I have to ask several times for them to repeat themselves because they’re talking too fast or their accent is too thick that’s a problem. Customer service agents should be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

I can’t comment on customer service but I can comment on my second pair of Persol sunglasses ( 3201-S). I happened to be travelling back from Verona and bought them at the airport. Being half Italian I love the style and craftsmanship of many iconic Italian products. Although Persol are no longer independent, they fit into that group of products that have a worldwide reputation for excellence. Beautifully constructed from top quality materials these glasses scream quality and style in equal measure.if my original pair are anything to go by, at 10 years use, I can look forward to many more years of eye comfort
