Perpay Tracking Order Status

I was receiving erroneous txt alerts on my phone. So I called and spoke to a young lady, she quickly (over the phone) researched my issue and acknowledged that their information was incorrect and stopped any further text alerts to my phone. Bang, done!

Well I’m not sure about Perpay. It started out great easy to use no fuss approval on orders. I had two orders making double payments every week even signed up for the Perpay+ so it would help my credit. I reached out to them to let them know I was going to miss one payment because I was off work for a week. You know most creditors will work with you as long as you communicate, not Perpay. My credit lines dropped I can’t place anymore orders and they don’t start reporting your positive history for 6 months! I’m almost completely paid off and it still says I need to make a few more payments before they will review any new orders. And I only have a $200 limit. Why am I paying extra every week for credit reporting? Why am I making double payments if I can’t place another order? As of now my payment is like $10 a week I’m paying $30, and can’t order a set of dishes, I don’t have a few payments left to make. I might just cancel my account after the last thing is paid off.

I love PerPay. It’s easy and since it comes right from your check you can always make on time payments and build your credit. I don’t always have the kind of money to walk out with new items, but with PerPay I’m allowed to enjoy new items without breaking the bank..

Communication with them is a bit tedious but overall they provide a product for a touch more then normal cost split into direct payments. Cheaper then rto stores and alot easier and no sales people to deal with.
