I bought the tape ins and I tips in wavy 60S. Although the color was almost a perfect match the tape ins came with a very shiny coating making them look unnatural. I reached out to via chat to return them but hours later no response so I emailed them. I was told that once I washed them it would go away. I was going to an event and was desperate for hair so I got it installed and still the shine remained on the hair after I washed several times. Ironically the ITips did not have the shine. When I reached out to let them know it didn’t work and I wanted to return the two bags of opened bags they asked if I wanted to exchange them for something else or get a credit because they deduct 15% for restocking fee. I wasn’t expecting money back on the hair I used that I then had to remove the next day but they could have waived the restocking fee for the two packs I was returning. They could care less that I was unhappy with my purchase. Then when I tried to return and put in my order number initiating the return it stated order not found. I was so frustrated I kept the hair to use as swatches being that I only have 15 days to return and I was going back and forth on emails for a few days already. I’m a professional hair stylist and I have never had such a bad experience with a “professional” company. The worst customer service ever. Please read your terms for refunds or exchanges carefully with this company and all companies you deal with. I’m out 628.00.

I've decided to try the hand tied weft, and purchased them according to the description on their website it stated 5 tracks, I called customer service and I informed them that my order was mailed with 4 tracks, and according to them they made a mistake, and informed me that if i wasn't satisfied for their mistake I could return the product. Donna bella is a much better company I'll stick with them. Forget this company. Read before you purchase and make sure you get exactly what you're paying.

Perfect locks hair is definitely far from perfect. I spent $300 on a 20in "natural black" which was definitely brown hair. The grams were 150 which in my opinion is pretty thin. Once I left my review stating how I felt and what my product was like I got a call from someone who works at perfect locks basically telling me that I could have requested a darker bundle even though it doesn't state that on the website. I also got told that the shedding looks minimal but it definitely isn't. I've had many bundles of hair and haven't had them shed this bad after being brushed. So do not order your hair from here they are NO help!

When I found this website 2 things made me order 8 bundles wavy tape in hair from them (14 + 22 inches). First: the quality. It seemed good by the way they described it. Second: on their website they said “Since all of our hair is single-drawn Remy hair (ends are left natural), we add an extra 2 inches of length to all our hair. This allows you to trim the ends without unnecessarily paying for extra length. Or leave them beautifully natural like most of our customers, the choice is yours” It sounded very generous to me and they seemed as a very good company! Well, when the hair arrived the hair was absolutely not with 2 extra inches as they promised on their web site. It was actually almost not even 14 and 22 inches. I would have accepted that of course if it hadn’t been that they promised these 2 extra inches when I purchased. When I contacted them this is what they answered: “Most of our hair will come with an extra one to two inches in length on the weft. There is some cases where it can measure to the exact length. We give this extra length so our customer will have the freedom of trimming off any of the hair if they desire.” And of course I answered: “But, on your website it does not say "Most of our hair comes with 1 or 2 inches extra”, this is what you are saying “Since all of our hair is single-drawn Remy hair (ends are left natural), we add an extra 2 inches of length to all our hair.” They answered with that I could return the hair, but, I would have to be the one paying for the return. That I did not seem as a fair thing since they been the one promising one thing but delivering something else! But, no, they did not want to listen to that. Now if you read on their web site today they have changed the text to “might come” with 2 extra inches. They changed that after I confronted them about it. The way that they did not want to make me a happy customer since they been the one not keeping their promise made me wonder what might they be lying about more? And what if there turns up another problem with the hair or with a purchase in the future? Must I pay for that as well?? No, that type of Company is not worth buying from. Regarding the hair quality: it was ok, but many other company have the same and are far .more interested in keeping their customers. I would rather buy from them. So, I would recommend you to think twice before you order. If something goes wrong, you are probably the one paying for it…
