The advertising for promotions fails to tell you that there are terms and conditions to be met - welcome discount apparently has a minimum spend but this is not stipulated in the email or advert - you only find out when you can’t apply your discount and complain - so basically misleading advertising

My daughter ordered 2 dresses, hoping to wear one to homecoming. The package arrived damaged, with only one dress in it. I emailed photos immediately upon receipt but got no response for 5 days, only after following up with another email and phone call. They responded by saying it was their loss too and would only offer store credit. They refused to vouch for their carrier, FedEx, even though I had photos from myself and FedEx. I of course did not want to roll the dice again with the new shipment arriving intact. After going back and forth and my threats to recover the funds through my credit card's fraud program, did they give me the "one-time offer" of a refund. Be prepared if you want to order from this company. Shady shady shady

I’ve emailed them 3 times in the last few weeks as my order for my formal dress had never updated from shipped after 3 weeks. They never responded to my emails but I eventually used the chat on website and they informed me it was lost in transit (which was annoying that I had emailed multiple times and my formal is only 2 weeks away). HOWEVER, they were easily willing to reship my order with express shipping at no extra charge to me. So overall I am happy with the resolution.
