Pepperfry Tracking Order Status

I bought a 3 door and 2 door wadrope and product was really good quality with 24 hr assembly and very well organised. Quality is also good. I saw reviews on this website and was demotivated but it reality its really good service based on my and my friends

Stuff from Pepperfry is expensive. They need to work a little on their pricing as people from the middle-class status tend to go more towards the market than pepperfry because products that we get in Pepperfry are available in the market for cheaper prices and quality is similar as well .

"I am extremely dissatisfied with the bed I purchased from Pepperfry. The bed started sagging outwards in a very short time, which is a serious issue. I am concerned that this may cause further damage to the bed, making it unusable. Despite my belief that Pepperfry provides high-quality products, this experience has left me disappointed. I have even attached a video to prove the issue, but I was unable to create a ticket through the website login. I request Pepperfry to take swift action to resolve the issue and provide better customer service in the future."

I ordered a storage chest last month and it doesn't seem bad, however the drawer's edges look faded and washed out. On top of that, there were greasy hand prints all over the chest. Definitely spoils the aesthetic of the product. The person who assembled it for me did a great job and I'd give him 5 stars. The chest does feel sturdy and I hope it doesn't fall apart like several other reviews claim happened to their products. Either way, I never will buy anything from them ever again. P.S. Their Customer Service is non-existent. I sent them an email on the 6th of November but there has been no response yet.

I got my sofa a week back and my family just loved it. I am happy wid and thinking to complete by bedroom furnishing also of my new house.
