I ordered and received a 2.5ct 3-stone moissanite emerald-cut ring from Peora, which also came with a matching wedding band. I paid $250.73. It was a beautiful ring, but upon trying it on I realized that a 2.5 carat ring just looks too big on my hand. So I *carefully* re-packaged the rings, taking special care not to disturb the tag on the ring, because they warned that if the tag was removed that I could not return it. I then asked to return the ring and get a refund. I was told sure, I could return the ring, and they gave me a return authorization number. I shipped it back via UPS, and made sure it was insured and trackable; it cost me $18 to ship the ring back. They received the package, and then emailed me and told me that the ring I had returned “was not theirs.” Huh?? What are they talking about? I boxed up the SAME ring I had *just* unpackaged and tried on! They were trying to gaslight me telling me that I had sent them a cubic zirconia ring back to them, not the moissanite ring that they had shipped to me. What?!! What kind of scam are they trying to pull, I thought? I sent them back *the* same ring they sent to me. And to avoid refunding my money, they accused me of sending back a cheaper ring than they had sent me. I was floored. I had never experienced this before. I told them they were engaging in fraudulent behavior by trying to pull this on me, and that I was going to report them. They said that I was the one engaging in fraud (!) but that they would refund my money. While they did refund my money, the whole debacle ended up costing me $18 and whole lot of stress and mental anguish. I will NEVER buy anything from them again, and I encourage you not to. If you do, expect not to be able to return an item, because they will resort to any amount of deceit to try to avoid refunding your money. Avoid these people.

I am surprised by some of the negative reviews I have read. I have purchased multiple products from Peora directly and several via Amazon as well. The vast majority of my purchases have been gorgeous and I wear them quite frequently. The couple of times that I wasn't thrilled they have made it right with zero hassle going above and beyond to keep me as a customer. I recommend Peora for both their lovely lab created beauties and their customer service.

Do NOT buy from these thieves. Bought a ring that did not fit. Too big. Wore about an hour. Kept wanting to slide off and spinning around on my finger. Tried to return. but was denied because of "scratches". Charged me the price of the ring for the restocking fee. I even paid to return the ring. Now they will not even give me the ring back. Spread the word. I am!

I ordered a necklace for my daughter's birthday. I usually have no issues with buying from Amazon. However this was ordered 2 months ago. The tracking number shows package hasn't left Los Angeles California since March 16th. I've inquired many times with no response from the seller. My daughter's birthday is today. I contacted Amazon for a refund due to not receiving the necklace. I'm always told if I haven't heard anything by a further date out to come back for a refund. They still have my money & I have nothing. The reviews on Amazon rave how beautiful & happy the customers are with their purchase. I tried writing a review. I was sent an email from Amazon my review couldn't be published. It goes against community standards & had vulgarity. I used NO vulgar language in the review. I have to spend even more money for my daughter to have a birthday gift today. In the future I will go online to see reviews on companies/products.

We ordered earrings from Peora five weeks before Valentine’s Day via Amazon. We kept checking on the status and when it was four weeks, two weeks, then one week before Valentine’s Day and the earrings still had not shipped I called Amazon. Though the sale stipulated the earrings were “Fulfilled by Amazon” Amazon blamed Peora and Peora doesn’t respond. Bottom line we ordered early but now Amazon and Peora have kept us from getting a Valentine to a sweet girl. Shame on both companies.
