Peoples Tracking Order Status

I have bought multiple items from Peoples and the products are okay. My only confusion is if you order on line it takes a month to receive it. Makes no sense in the world of online shopping why they would be so slow.

Sent my ring to be sized to an 8. It came back a 7.5 and when I returned to ask for it to be sent back because it was cutting off circulation in my finger, the woman was very rude and insisted that I didn't want it bigger! As if she could know what my hand felt like. My wedding band of white gold has completely turned yellow within months. And my engagement ring has lost diamonds on 3 occasions in less than 2 years. We have the warranty but the sales clerks hassle me everytime I request a service! I would expect some sympathy, knowing that these are important pieces of jewelry. However, they don't care and their product is awful. I'm sad to think my wedding and engagement rings barely lasted a year of quality.

I was helping my mom buy a golden ring for her grandson, my son. There were some complications relating to the ring size and store discounts, so we had to deal with several staff members from the Sherway Mall People’s location. All of them (Natalya, Octavia, Jeet) were very helpful, accommodating and kind. They considered our needs and met them without trying to oversell .

Peoples Jewellers has been one of my main trusted jewelry stores for top quality products and Real Authentic Canadian Diamonds, Gold & Silver Jewelry, and Bulova watches. They have great discount sales during the holiday season and I purchase jewelry every Christmas during the Sales. I have had my Diamond Bulova watch for years and it is high quality and it still looks just like new. The only thing I had to do was replace the battery. I am 100% a Satisfied Customer of Peoples Jewellers and I always will purchase jewelry from this trusted Jewelry Store.

RE; a new warranty repair. I sent my rings in to get ALL the claws worked on... one was loose causing the diamond to become loose. and I also had my rings redipped. here we are 3 weeks later and I go to pick up my rings... Onnly to find two of the claws are still very sharp and not repaired. The excuse I got was oh thats fine they are not on the diamonds???? and oh yes I can see that. There is a small piece of fabric stuck. Now I spend a LOT of money at peoples over the years. I ALWAYS get the protection plan. But seriously??? What good is it if the proper work is not completed as a customer requests???? Yes I am angry because now my rings have to go back yet again!!! Causing unnecessary trips back to Chilliwack. I do not live there and driving can become an issue for me!!! Teach your staff to not make excuses and to actually take in items as per the customer... not just what they think!
