Penn State Industries Tracking Order Status

i called to ask about a item they had and the woman was very rude,,im not say some of their products arent good but buy them from amazon,,or rockler,,i dont like or deal with people like that,,,

They have a pdf with an order form. I called to make an order from said form, first person on the phone was basically "how dare you call me about something I don't know anything about". Then I got transferred to a dude who laughed at me, literally laughed at me because they haven't sold that stuff for years. Like how am I supposed to know you keep things up on your website is useless? Why the churlish attitude? Why am I being laughed at????? Disgusting.

Awful customer service. I have written 2 emails and 2 contact us type links on this web page re missing parts for pens I have bought. To date not one reply at all. So disappointed as the quality is normally good. It is so rude for this company not to reply. The almighty dollar is obviously more important than the customer. So sad and I am now looking to shop elsewhere. Pity as the quality is reasonably good and delivery is quick and affordable. The product could be free but it doesn’t alter the fact that a pirate pen and a music pen are missing parts meaning I cannot build them and the company will not answer any communication. Awful service just awful…
