Penhaligon's Tracking Order Status

I emailed penhaligons regarding an enquiry relating to an online order and received an almost immediate response from Jordana who resolved the issue the same day. I cannot praise the service I received highly enough and look forward to receiving my items… including a couple of new fragrances for me!

In April, after seeing numerous FB prompts, I decided to try a few scents from Penhaligon’s, a firm I’ve long admired. For some reason, I was unable to complete my order (I’m in the US) and was given several auto responses as to why. It wasn’t until I was able to reach Susann B. In customer service that everything changed. I’m not sure what she did but once my order was place with her intervention, the packages arrived quickly. Bravo, Susann! The packing is quite nice. Bio-degradable peanuts are used instead of styrofoam. Thank you! The scents are divine. Every item arrived in tip top order. The little extras sent were especially nice. Well done, Penhaligon’s! And thank you, Susann B!

Good customer service is a blessing. Dean (Penhaligons) went out of his way to resolve an issue I had with a discount code following a previous upset with a failed on-line order. Dean restored my faith in Penhaligon's customer services and indeed I went on to purchase perfume and soaps and am extremely happy with the same.

It’s my first time to shop with Penhaligon’s, but there is some problems about promotion code so that Im not able to checkout. Fortunately customer service do help me a lot, thanks Jordana!
