PEDAL Tracking Order Status

READ RETURN POLICY BEFORE PURCHASE. UNDERSTAND THERE PRODUCTS ARE OVER PRICE BY 4X . UNDERSTAND THERE HEADLIGHT FALLS FLAT ON THE TIRE OR IF THE MOTOR CORD IS RIPPED . THEY CLAIM USER ERROR. ONLY WAY TO GET MONEY BACK IS DISPITE THE CHARGE FOR NEGLIGENCE. LASTLY RIDING TIMES EBIKE ON AMAZON IS JUST AS FAST AND ITS A REAR HUB MOTOR 23 AMP CONTROLLER. THEIR IS A REASON NOBODY REVIEWS IT. I REVIEW BIKES. I DONT LIKE POOPING ON COMPANIES. BIT THESE GUYS ARE TOOOLS

All I need to say is look at the yelp previews as well. This company is pathetic. John, idiot employee, refused to let me talk to the owner, would not leave my name and number to talk to the owner, would not let me talk to his immediate supervisor. This company falsely advertised the product, and sent me a much smaller rack than advertise. When I told John that I wanted a refund, he then that I got the right rack, even though I spoke to him and showed pictures and emailed pictures of the rack that was in the picture of the receipt when I purchased the item. It was like he was trying to gaslight me into thinking like I had the right rack when it’s very obvious that it wasn’t the right rack. That hostile, juvenile, horrible behavior help me , write this very true, honest review. Very poor Customer Service, I wish I would’ve seen all the reviews. I was tricked into thinking there were this awesome company because what they seem to do is delete all the negative reviews. Pathetic company, pathetic, customer service, hope the bike actually hold up. And super overpriced.

I pre-ordered an All Wheel Drive III on April 21, with a late May shipping estimate. Emailed the team to cancel the order on May 17, after some unexpected big expenses hit this month. Sent a friendly message indicating that I wanted to get one in the future. Finally received a reply on May 30 - yes, a full 13 days later - indicating that they could cancel my order, but it was subject to a 12% administrative fee, which could be applied to a future purchase. My friends, that comes out to $426.60. I went back and forth with a friendly customer support guy, repeatedly pressing him to understand why they would be holding over $400 for a bike that hadn’t yet shipped. After the third email, I received a message from Jenn, the director of operations: “We are not required to give anyone our business information, and we will not be addressing your request. Please let John know how you’d like to proceed with the cancellation.” So yeah… that’s who you’re buying from when you buy a Pedal. As I told them in the message that preceded this, I really wanted to like their company. The products look great and well designed. And here’s the rub: thia fee / policy was disclosed on their terms and conditions page. So yes, 100% my mistake that I didn’t look closer when I clicked that pre-order button. But a) come on… this is a stupid, customer-unfriendly policy and I’ve never seen anything like it - have you? and b) instead of getting a straight answer about it, I was met with derision. Such a bummer. Products look great. I would have bought more for my family if I’d liked mine. But nah… not giving any more money to these folks. Pedal Team - you guys just traded $400 for this review. Hope it was worth it.

I ordered an electric bicycle form Pedal Electric on 8/10/21 with a promised delivery of mid to late August 2021. I assumed that I my credit card would not be charged until the bike was shipped, not the case. My card was charged right away. The delivery of the bike was pushed until early September and then mid September, they offered a $20 coupon on accessories, the only problem they don't sell accessories. Then the push until late September came and went. They are now claiming the shipment has cleared customs and is in route to their shop. Six days to go 30 miles. It is hard to decide what the best part is, the promise of the surprise free gift or the $200 restocking fee for a bike that they never had and can not deliver and can not restock because it was never in stock. I finally got the bike, and then tried to leave a review on their web site. I titled the review "This bicycle is a mixed bag". Well guess what I have submitted it three times and they won't post it. It seems that they only have 27 reviews and guess what they are all 5 star. Here is the review that they will not post, I fell like it is an honest review Not long after posting my review I got the bicycle. It arrived in good condition . This is my third ebike, so I have some experience. This bicycle is a mixed bag. Pro's It was well packed and protected. It's FAST. It's strong in the ruff. Front suspension is awesome. It looks great. Its big, fits a 5'11" person well. (Almost too big) The breaks are strong. Came with a front fender that was not shown on the web site and was not expected. Con's Handle bars SUCK OUT LOUD. almost no adjustment at all. Because the handle bars have little to no adjustment it puts you into a very forward riding position, feels like you are over the front tire almost like a cafe racer. They are also very narrow. I had to pull the bars so far up out of the tubes that they a not very stable and feel like they might come loose at any time. Still I would like them to be least 4" taller and adjust back towards me. Also had to put new handle bar grips on and space them out to the sides, in order to feel like I have good control. Pedal assist is almost useless. Pedal assist level one brings the bike to 20 miles per hour with a full battery. That is about as fast as I can pedal in high gear. That is way way to fast. Makes the gears useless unless you are pedaling with the bike shut off. In short unless you want to go 20mph pedal assist is useless. Rear suspension works awesome but conflicts with the rear fender beating it up. Burns through the battery really really really fast. Had to bend the tabs on the front fender to make it not conflict with other parts. The display is kinda cheesy. There are no hard points to mount anything on. Rear rack is just short of useless. Overall Thoughts With all that being said would I order it again? No. My old bicycle is almost a fast (not as strong in the ruff) but has a way way better range. Its like I paid $2500 for rear suspension and a much much shorter range. I feel like this bicycle was not cheep and should be much better. Pedal Elect did deliver on the surprise free gift (a bike alarm with remote) and a coupon for $50 off my next order. Both I will never use.
