Great service, advice and bike adjustments by Nas. Chatting through all the options and steps to finding the right set up for my road bike was so helpful. The problem of lower back pain I was experiencing has already reduced without the need for expensive parts and upgrades.

The bike is a do it all bike, road, commute, gravel, etc. Whilst not the lightest of bikes it's a delight to ride. Since collecting the bike in March 2023 I've riden approx 2000 kms, & it's a pleasure each time. I amended the specification to include the Supernova E3 Pure 3 front & rear lights, along with mudguards. The whole process from initial contact, to a test ride, bike fit & collection was easy. Many thanks to Jack for dealing with my multiple questions & queries.
