Pearle Vision Tracking Order Status

Pearle Vision at Crossway 1412 Crossway Shopping Center, Chesapeake, VA is the best!! I was greeted and seated as soon as I arrived. Mrs. Andrea, aka "Lady D" was so patient and explained all the details of how much my insurance would cover my eyeglasses. Dr. Patel greeted me and showed concern about my eye situation. I felt comfortable talking to him. I have been a Pearle Vision customer for over 7 years now.

I went to pearle vision on 3/5 as of today 3/16 I still have not gotten my glasses also I have 2 insurances that cover vision but I was told they couldn't pull up my united health care and I had to pay 70.00 for a copayment my uhc covers everything so I shouldn't have had to pay a dime the Dr was very nice liked her alot and the person that did my vision texts was to but the ones that take care of the glasses part aren't even friendly if I don't get my glasses by next week I'm contacting whoever I can for a refund go here for eye exam but not glasses

I’ve been going to Pearle Vision for 15 years. The options of glasses, discounts/sales, doctors & customer service is top notch! My most recent exam in 2023 at Desert Ridge, Phoenix, AZ was with Dr. Paul, he knows his business & has a great personality! I had the good fortune to work with Seth in picking out frames. He picked awesome frames for me, ones I’d never think would look good. He was so helpful & what a fabulous personality. All around an excellent experience!!!!! 👍

The service I received should be the standard by which all Optical stores should be measured. Professional and personable. Not to mention great value for the money.
