Oh my oh my. My boyfriend and I just received service from Peak Internet today. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Prior to today we had service with Hughes Net...bad choice from the get go. We never got a strong signal with Hughes Net...but we got a steady strong one with Peak Internet. The technician was awesome. I think his name is Tim. Anyway he connected service in record time, my opinion. I wish that I didn't wait so long to get service from Peak Internet.

I love your service, overall. I also greatly appreciate the fact that I can connect with someone directly without pushing multiple options, and especially that I can speak with a real person LOCALLY!! Another thing I greatly appreciate is the fact that your techs are so patient and explain things so clearly! The only issue my husband and I have is the fact that there is such a lag in up-or download times during certain times such as evenings and Sunday afternoons even though we had signed up for Highspeed DSL.
