Payne Glasses Tracking Order Status

Very happy with my Payne glasses I have probably bought 10 pairs I used to pay 7 to $800 for a pair of glasses. The most I have paid with Payne is probably 50. Some I only paid $30 for. If you haven't tried them yet you should. In this day and age we need to save money where we can

I had ordered in the past from payne glasses and was perfectly happy. The prices are great, very comparable to Zenni. But, this time around was what really sealed the deal! First of all, there was a pair of glasses that have been out of stock forever, I searched all of the internet for ones that would kind of be similar, but was not happy. I emailed Payne Glasses, and they said they actually did have some in stock after checking, and showed me how to get them by buying another pair of glasses and doing an exchange sku. Then, I somehow messed some stuff up, putting the wrong prescription on the wrong glasses and not getting any prescription on one pair of glasses, and I panicked and got a hold of customer service and they fixed everything perfectly...no questions, no extra charge... so they were amazing. My order came in quickly and I love them! I recently had an experience with another company where I could barely communicate with them, but the communication here was incredible and so was how quickly they got back to me. They took care of me completely I'm so happy!

I've bought glasses 2 separate times and both times the glasses arrived in a timely manner and definitely worth what I paid for them.

Frames were the cheapest and ugliest I’ve ever seen. Looks nothing like the picture! This is my third time ordering from Payne…never again

I had a problem with the original pair sent. I contacted and worked with the customer service depart which took several days of back n forth emails to clarify the fit and vision. Once that was worked out I sent the original pair back and within the week I received the replacement pair and they fit great.
