Paxcess Tracking Order Status

I purchased a pressure washer from them in June 2021. It's been used 10-15 times in that period. I took it out of the gargage to use it this year to clean the drive, and now the hose won't go into the socket it goes into! I've contacted their customer support and was told "sorry, we don't have any UK stock" ... well I call BS, as they have them on Amazon going for £200 currently! I'll be reporting them to Amazon and everywhere else I can find to vent my anger!

I was sent a defective pressure washer and they said they cannot repair it. It never worked. The offered me 50% refund. Not acceptable Filing a compliant with BBB to see if they can help me to get my money back. The didn’t even offer me a replacement. They done live up their warranty …. Stay away and do not buy from here

I've called them for two days now yeah power adapter for my pool cleaner just get a recording we will call you back leave your phone number what a waste would never purchase paxcess us again

Bought a pacxess weed trimmer from Amazon it is nice and quiet but what spools do I get for it and whats size line? Could not slip the wheels on cause the bracket is too wide . Can you help?
