Pavers Tracking Order Status

I recently ordered some slippers but unfortunately they were too narrow so I returned them, pavers were excellent no fuss or bother, their return policy was very easy and I received a full refund a few days after sending the parcel. Well done Pavers 1st class customer service

Could have been a larger choice of what I call a tradition strong black shoes for men, there was only really one, which I bought a sketcher model very well made and comfortable but not a leather top. It was about £75 the recommended price was over a hundred. Even at £75.00 this was expensive for me, but no other choice so I bought it, I am very happy with the shoes and service but still shocked at the price, but perhaps i am out of touch.

An extremely pleasant and helpful assistant. She gave advice on sizes and purchasing the correct fitting for my feet. Once I had purchased my boots she advised us on the waterproofing spray which lasted 6 weeks and demonstrated the one off spray at the side of the counter. The shop floor was very tidy with no empty boxes or odd shoes around to fall over. Overall a very stress free environment. One of which I will certainly visit in the future. I am proud of my new boots, showing them to friends and advertising the fact of where I bought them. Thank you very much Paver’s. A loyal and valued customer. Angela Renton.

I always enjoy a visit to Antartex Outlets and often leave with a lovely purchase or two. This time was no different and I was lucky enough to find two pairs of slippers for a friend plus a lovely pair of Sketchers for me. It's a good place to look for footwear if like me you have small feet. All at excellent prices. Staff are always so helpful too. Unfortunately didn't have time to visit the cafe but will make up for that next time.

I buy all my footwear from Pavers and have done so for many years as they are excellent quality. I love the colours and patterns of their floral collections so much I have the Mary Jane’s, Laced high top boots, Chelsea boots, Lace up shoes, Trainers, Crossover bag, Handbag and Backpack! People comment how lovely my coloured footwear is on a daily basis! Pavers footwear is so robust and lasts forever! I need comfortable footwear and they also do an easy fit for wider feet. I buy mostly from The Tweedmill at St Asaph as there is a fantastic choice available there-SALE on at present!! All staff lovely and welcoming. Today I was helped by a lovely lady called Natalie who was so friendly and helpful and certainly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with all my purchases. 10/10 Natalie-Employee of the week/month please Pavers.
