I used to love Paul Frederick. Nice quality, nice fit, quick service, good selection. Not any more. I ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago. I wondered what was taking so long so I called. I was told it is backordered for another couple of months. So email, no call, no communication whatsoever. Paul Frederick seems to do fine sending me a flurry of marketing emails trying to get me to buy something but Zero communication once I do. I'm done.

I have ordered clothing -- sport coats, ties, belts, shirts, trousers, shoes, and socks -- from Paul Fredrick. Everything has been true to size and high quality. The frequent sales can lead to real bargains. Shipping is quite fast, and nothing has been lost or damaged. My experience with this online company has been uniformly excellent.

Good Afternoon All. I have been purchasing merchandise from Paul Fredricks for over 15 years. Their quality, design, and fashion sense are to be admired. Their pieces are reasonably priced. They are one of the only men's haberdasheries to offer a sizeable discount for their clientele.' They have refreshing color schemes and very handsome, elegant patterns. I have purchased around 45 men's dress shirts and 38 men's sweaters and many polo shirts as well. I will continue to be a most loyal customer of Paul Fredricks. Compared to others, this site is a pure delight and refreshing, to say the least. If you think I'm being too complimentary, check out the " Paul Stuarts" website. They have locations in D.C. and Chicago. They are so high priced at PS, that one men's dress shirt would cost you $500. A sweater, $1,400.00! From my experience, the quality is the same as PF but PF costs, much, much less. Compare for yourself.

I have 5 (fairly new) Paul Frederick shirts hanging in my closet.. The 'elbows' have ripped out of every one of them.. Love the contract collar dress shirts - but for $145.00 I will not buy anymore until you improve the quality of the fabric.. Have other cheaper brands & elbows are just fine..
