I purchased a jacket here for £275. The jacket was a thin jacket that I only wear on occasion as it is more of a going out jacket. It is little over 12 months old and the zipper has stopped working. I asked Paul and shark to help and they refused to help. Poor quality manufacturing and poor customer service
