Patch Plants Tracking Order Status

Patch are great! They send you happy, healthy plants and as a cat owner, it's so handy being able to see what plants would be safest for him. They are priced well in comparison to some garden centres and have so much helpful care advice online.

This was my second Patch order, after receiving a plant as a gift from a friend. I selected a few plants, which were all fab. One was a gift and the recipient was super chuffed. One of the ceramic pots unfortunately was damaged in transit so I contacted the customer service team, who couldn’t have been more helpful. A replacement pot was delivered two days later. Lovely products and service, I can’t fault.

It was easy to choose the best plants for my balcony which is very windy. The delivery guy was just so polite and helpful so I feel I will order more once these have be one established.

Love love love patch. The website is beautiful. The plants are beautiful and come beautifully and properly packaged. I enjoyed my first time using it and will be back!! I bought Howard for my first plant! The information on each plant is so helpful and enjoyed shopping for one and I can wait to take care of it. I love the idea that they have plant doctors so if you need help you can always message or email.
