This is a well-organized store! The team is friendly and helpful! Overall, a very positive experience!

The kindness and dedication to the staff at Party City, specifically Jason. I did not intend on leaving a negative public review and thought I was reaching out directly to the store. The problem was actually no problem for the staff and they had an immediate resolution. This staff and store are an asset to the company and it is always the team on site that makes the difference for the people in the community as well as the corporation. Thank you sincerely

They’re quick and they’re reliable for me I’ve never had any problems with them. I always check them first if I need supplies for any party.

I shopped Party City in Chillicothe, OH today and had 3 wonderful employees give me exceptional service. I was greeted by a gentleman who greeted me with Welcome to the Party❗Then he kindly took me to the amazing selection of NY Eve party goods. He helped me find an extra headband. When I checked out 2 young ladies were so helpful and even offered to help me get my ballons to the car and offered to take my cart back into the store. They thanked me and were so delightful. Wishing everyone at Paper City a Hapoy New Year❗You all know customer service with a smile😊
