Parsley Box Tracking Order Status

Delivery of food was prompt and exactly as promised. Staff contacted by phone were helpful, friendly and polite.

I received an email from DHL today saying my order was delivered at 12:26 at my home address and accepted by Barbara. That’s me & as I was visiting a dying man in a care home in Gidea Park at that precise time, it certainly wasn’t accepted by me! When I got home, it was on my doorstep, despite me leaving a clear sign on my front door asking to leave with my neighbour at no.20 if not in. The parcel itself is fine; well packed & all items as expected. It is a tad concerning that DHL are happy to report an untrue statement, & leave a parcel on the step, when I have a wooden bin store on my drive, & I’d opened the left hand door to show an empty safe space it could be left (if walking 3 houses down was undoable!) This is not the fault of Parsley Box, but maybe they should have a word with the company delivering their orders!!

I was welcomed with the usual friendly greeting from Laura. The lady immediately made me feel at ease and, coupled with her expertise and product familiarity, we sailed through my order. Once again, a pleasure to deal with Parsley Box.

telephonist was very friendly and told me all that I wanted to know about parsley box, she also took my order speedily. Would recommend.
