ParkSleepFly Tracking Order Status

So far so good. Just checked in. Won’t need the shuttle until early a.m. tomorrow.

The return night at the hotel was not in the hotels system. I basically was told that they were not responsible for what their partner hotels did. I was very disappointed because the previous reviews were good.

This was a seamless way to get lodging, parking, and transport to the airport. It was also budget efficient to use Park, Sleep, Fly. The staff at the SpringHill Suites hotel were great. The staff at the parking lot were equally helpful and supple. I’ll be using this again!

I tried to cancel the reservation one hour after I made it and multiple times after. The hotel does not answer the phone and the robot tells me either the person is not available or the mailbox is full. I contacted ParkSleepFly and they keep telling me to contact the hotel!!! They only give you 24 hours to cancel or they take your money. UPDATE: Finally reached the hotel and got the cancellation. Didn't need the stress but at least it is taken care of.

I was actually on the phone with the hotel's own reservation line while searching on Park, Sleep & Fly in order to compare the prices directly. PSF was the better deal. Making the reservation was easy and the price was definitely better than what the hotel was offering.
