Park Leisure Holidays Tracking Order Status

Parkleisure requested us, as owners of a caravan being rented out to holiday makers, to pay for the cleaning after every customer. This is absolutely normal and we agreed. We were informed that if we wanted to use our caravan we had to book the caravan as a holiday maker and also pay for the cleaning before and after our stay. Again, this sounded absolutely reasonable. Every time we booked our own caravan there was something with the cleaning. The last time, they left all the bedding on the table with a note: 'please let us know if you need anything else'. Seriously?! So we're paying for cleaning which we need to do ourselves? After indicating that this is unacceptable, we were told that they were probably busy............so they just leave a note for you to do it youself???? We moved our caravan away from Parkleisure and want nothing to do with them ever again. We're only writing this review to warn other customers/owners.
