Park BCP Tracking Order Status

Good service, very quick shuttle to airport.

We've never used a "meet and greet" service before but used BCP for our recent flight from Heathrow T5. Both drop-off and pick-up were seamless and we will definitely use again.

Booked online for mid-stay parking at Luton. Straightforward online booking system, fair price and no need for paperwork. Very happy with everything and would use again.

Very pleased with the parking facility, However. On our return we one of our cars suffered a flat battery and we struggled badly to find out how to get in touch with BCP. We scoured the all of the paper work and even searched the car park on all levels to see if there was a point of contact to inform BCP that we had broken down and were waiting of assistance arriving. We even phoned their number provided on the documentation and seemed to go round and round listening to advice that wasn't very helpful. eventually our AA technician found a contact and we eventually got sorted after almost 2 hours. A TIP, Make sure you have a contact number for BCP should this happen to you. I wish we had as we still had 170 miles to drive after the ordeal and the night flight from Orlando.

We stayed at the Premier Inn and used the parking company there...From start to end the process was quick and efficient and the service from the staff we dealt with at the hotel was without fault. I was a bit hesitant about finding the entrance but it was easier than expected and instructions were brilliant as were the instructions back to the car park once we arrived back into the UK. Collecting the car took seconds and again staff were excellent. We paid an excellent price and stayed at the Premier for one night before we departed from UK and that was brilliant...Overall would we use this hotel and car parking facility again the answer is a big fat YES.
