Parisa Wang Tracking Order Status

Great qualities of bags! I own over 30 leather bags and the madison medium top handle in taupe is my current favorite. Fantastic quality! Hermes owners watched my bag. I got 4 bags. The one in lavender color is more grayish then shown on the picture but I got it on sale.Therefore it is ok. There is no odd smell nor anything wrong. Leather quality, hardware and design are great. I don't understand this bad reviews.

Got this for my wife - she adores the bag (Audrey Top Handle Bag, Beige variant) and carries it all the time. Got everything on time and the packaging was beautiful. Great experience overall.

Ordered a bag that showed it shipped, I have a confirmation number and tracking number. I feel like things are going great. The bag stopped tracking weeks ago so I contacted the company. They sent me the tracking number which I already had and basically stated the same thing that was on the UPS website. I contacted UPS and USPS because PW uses mail innovations which transfers the product from UPS to USPS (to save $) for final delivery but both UPS and USPS told me to refer back to the company stating that usually companies will refund and reship items that appear to be stuck and stop scanning and that the item's whereabouts is unknown at this time. I have emailed PW and now no one responds to my inquiries anymore. The bag sells for $375, it's not like it's a tiny budget item but it feels like regular customers are insignificant to them. I don't think they care to keep customers, I don't plan on ever purchasing from them again.

Very bad customer support! I ordered the bag and the wallet and they mixed up the wallet colour and leather and sent me the one I haven’t ordered. Now I can’t reach their support and waiting for response for days! What is more disgusting, they refuse to exchange the wallet to the one I ordered, however it is their fault! Never order here! You won’t be able to receive even what you want for your money!

Ordered a Taupe Grace Medium BackPack. I am happy with the quality of the bag. It arrived (to Australia) 1 week after I placed an order online (courier is DHL) and 1 week is the regular delivery time. It is calf leather and looks the same as the photos online. The only thing I would like to comment is that whilst Parisa Wang bags don't compromise on leather used for the bag, the hardware, I am not sure if there are different grades, the front hardware with her logo is fine, the hardware on the back where the straps are attached, they feel different. I am not unhappy, but I thought I would share in case this may bother other buyers. But I do like the Parisa Wang designs, they looks sleek.
