ParetoLogic.com Tracking Order Status

Up until very recently I found the Regcure Pro application on my PCs worked well and efficiently but, as of two weeks ago (23 March 2020), it only scans my computer and demands that I renew. Seeing as my renewal is not until August I attempted to ask why but the request email got bounced. The support site is no longer accessible. That almost certainly means that Paretologic have ceased trading, at least for now...and their servers have been disconnected. That is why Regcure, which firstly checks with them that my licence is still valid before it does its stuff, no longer does that. One has to question the complete lack of responsibility for whoever is in charge at Paretologic. There is no cost to them to let paid for licences continue. If I do not hear from them soon then I shall go somewhere else for this software and will not be returning even if they re-emerge. Martin Perry

I have noticed that the Paretologic software on my PC is asking me to renew licence, yet, it does not expire till December 2020? I have tried many times to contact Paretologic, but, it is beginning to look as if they no longer exist. There web site will not appear on search. *Will try contacting Safecart, Monday, to see if they can shed any light on the problem. (This is the company that processed my purchase) ** Contacted Safecart; they could not shed any light on the matter. It seemed to me that they did not seem to be particularly interested. I wonder if Parentologic have shut down due to this Coronovirus crisis? Interestingly I contacted another company offering the same services but they have not even bothered to answer. What is the world coming to?

For the second time my license key is not working. I try to uninstall the key and re install it but it says there is a problem or I have an expired key number. please contact me for help or refund me. When clicking on their name on the google search it says the sight does not exist.

I had RegCurePro for quite sometime, and had enjoyed how it worked. But, a few months back when Paretologic presented an upgrade for its RegCurePro program it would no longer work on my Windows 7 Professional computer. I have e-mailed Paretologic today and asked them to close out my RegCurePro account.

Renewed my license and it would not work. Contacted Paretologic who were very helpful and resolved the problem quickly.
