ParcelHero Tracking Order Status

Had a terrible time returning some goods. However through perseverance all turned out well and once I had the right company they were prompt and efficient. Still don't understand why a company with a different name Emailed me to say my goods would be collected next day!?

Pick. Up on time. Also delivery. No problems. All went smoothly

We found we were charged an extra fee after delivery by the carrier, we asked parcelhero about this and after a week have not had an explanation. How can parcelhero take more money from our PayPal account without our consent or an explanation ? Very dissatisfied

Booked my delivery, parcel force do not send out a time slot for collection, had to leave the house and missed them. Rebooked my delivery as advised by parcel hero, which stated I would get a refund for the missed collection within 7 days, have had nothing, not even an email confirmation. Parcel force collected the next day and said they would have tried again that day without me rebooking a slot. Currently £27 down and awaiting a reply from parcel hero.
