Parcelforce Tracking Order Status

No show for collection on booked day, I spent all day waiting from 9am-5pm, but tracking details showing that you attempted to collect, noone was available. This is not true. Giving 2nd star with hope it will work ok next rebooked day.

So far I'm really impressed. It was a very easy process to get a quick quote for quite an unusual package from a to b. A paddleboard and kit. Wow, the price is very good value. Brilliant that you automatically have an amount of insurance value included and a quote to fully cover. A range of options for collecting from an address rather than having to take it somewhere. Clear instructions and confirmation. If the collection and delivery are as good I will be exceptionally pleased and wholeheartedly recommending within the SUP community. It makes transporting preloved boards very economical around the UK.

My business has been using Parcelforce for decades, and nearly always the srervice provided has been excellent. On the last two occasions, however, parcels have not been collected on the day they were booked for and have had to be re-booked. I hope this is not a trend...

We have been using Parcelforce for many many years, along side other carriers, they have proven to be the most reliable and helpful courier service providers we have ever used, not to say we haven't had issues, but they have been resolved and have been very few. We are committed.

Booked online with no hassle- picked up the next morning by friendly driver who supplied the label. Tracking information available online. I cannot fault the service and will definitely use again
