Parcel collected within advertised time frame , and delivered. Can't ask for much else. Wasn't present when the parcel was collected by UPS

Easy to book and they picked parcel up and delivered it quickly. Just thought it was a little expensive otherwise would have been 5 stars! X

Very good service. Received on time. But one thing did not like it that charged extra money twice. Few days after receiving parcel. Not empresed at all.

Parcels that weigh over 20kg need to be taken to a main depot as the drivers won’t pickup from satellite drop off’s Due to health and safety my drop off was 5 miles away and not my local post office.
