Papinelle Sleepwear Tracking Order Status

Loved the staff and the PJ’s at the Bondi store. I’ve owned their PJ’s for years and keep coming back for more

I am highly satisfied with the comfortable sleepwear I purchased from Papinelle. The fabric is incredibly soft and allows for breathability, while the fit is perfect. I must also commend their exceptional customer service, particularly Katherine.

Overall Positive Experience. I usually purchase my Papinelle sleepwear from Dillards. This time I decided to order a few items from the Papinelle website. My order arrived beautifully packaged. As expected the pajama set, robe, tote bag and sachet were lovely. The problem I had was that the bottoms to the pajama set were irregular fitting. I immediately reached out to customer service with issue. There was a slight delay in receiving a response due to the time zone difference. After a few emails back and fourth. And one reminder for the return label to be sent. The matter was resolved. I did have to reach out to see when the return would be processed as the return delivery had been confirmed. My refund was immediately processed. The quality of Papinelle sleepwear is the best. It is delicate and you have to hand wash it. But it’s worth the time and monetary investment.

You wont buy PJ's anywhere else - great customer service and PJ's are the best. Mine were slightly oversized but I don't mind that with this sort of comfy clothing.

Got sent the wrong size item. After I purchased the last "S" and received an "M" I tried to exchange the item but was told there were no more size S in the system. The website says they're re in stock but "computer says no". Hard to get a response via email as well. The only plus is they sent is out fast but that's useless when its not what you ordered. This is the second time I've been sent an M instead of S and still don't understand how the two letters can get mixed up. 🤦🏻‍♂️
