Still nothing. Which email are you sending it from? Can I request a label directly with your provider? update 3. I emailed you from a gmail with 2431 and the RMA number in the subject line. I just got your auto reply.

My cousin started a return 4 days ago&still hasn’t received a shipping label all the messages to her are in a different language even though she purchased from the UK. There is no UK phone number to contact anyone,very bad customer service.
