Ordered 2 Scooters

Ordered 2 Scooters though then, came in a timely manner as expected, Opened the boxes, 1 scooter works the other is dead on arrival (also a bent brake disk) Submitted a warrenty claim and took to to their service centre, They didn’t want to repair the new scooter with 2nd hand parts (which is great and honest of them) Panmi have been nothing but difficult to get any information from, they only use email, not a single number to be found They are super difficult when I come to getting this scooter replaced Would not recommend to anyone

It has been one month but my order is not even sent. When I contacted they blamed Corona but I have items coming from other states in a few days. Wouldn't recommend.
