Panera Bread Tracking Order Status

We ordered an order fir our office. So there were a lot of sandwiches ordered. Not one sandwich had a label on it, so we had to literally unwrap everyone to see what was inside, which is time consuming and just unsanitary. Surely there must be a simpler way to radiate this issue.

Lunch | $20–30 I think Panera is a major rip off in terms of value for money. Ordered a soup in bread bowl and Macaroni cheese. The soup is the smallest cup I have ever seen for what I paid for. I am not sure if quantities are specific to an establishment or same all across Panera but probably would go elsewhere when I am hungry.

We walked into Panera’s new Bellingham, WA restaurant on Saturday, September 16 around 6 PM. Dani greeted us pleasantly at the counter, right away, and took our order in an accurate but a humorous and good-natured way. Then she made a point of checking to make sure that a particular kind of bread was still in good supply. Later, she went out of her way to come check on us, to see that everything was as we wanted it. Then she went to get what I requested, and brought it to me. Dani’s customer service was excellent, so far beyond “2nd mile service” she couldn’t even see the 2nd mile from where she was. We have appreciated Panera for years, but appreciate it even more now because of Dani.

I'm in the $11.99 a mo.umlimited sip club,or I wouldnt go.$3.99 for muffins is a rip off. I ate here twice.The grilled cheese taste like its made with Velveeta and the prime rib sandwich or French dip.Whatever they called it had literally no meat on it. They charge over $3- for a soda cup.Almost $4 with tax. They're food is overpriced. They're either corporate owned,or a fat cat owns it and has mgmt in place.And almost all of them are filthy,especially the Mens rooms. It's a revolving door for the employees. They're always hiring.

I went to the Panera Bread in Golden, CO and had a disappointing experience when ordering two salads to go. When I got home I found that the salads were mostly lettuce - 2 pieces of chicken in the Caesar with Chicken, and the Green Goddess Cobb had hardly anything but lettuce; even the hard boiled egg was missing. I called the store and spoke to the manager, John. He was very apologetic and sent me some You Pick Two gift cards. I went back yesterday to use one and John was there. I ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup and Asian Sesame Chicken salad to go. He also hooked me up with a free cookie and drink. He really wanted to make it right after the last instance. My soup was hot and tasty and my salad had a decent amount of chicken so I was pleased. He offered great customer service and made sure I had a good experience and the staff seems to be paying more attention to quality. I'll come back to this location and try some other items. I've always loved Panera's baked goods.
