I hadn't canceled an order before, but I misread the ad and ordered a Gen 5 Glock trigger rather than a Gen 2-4 triggers assembly. I called this morning and the customer service rep, Melissa was gracious and friendly in my case to cancel the wrongly ordered item that I placed. Later in the day, I found the correct item and had already placed the order to substitute for this one. Thank you for making this an easy fix.
