Fantastic courier company! Came to collect within an hour of booking and their delivery driver Nigel was very helpful. Highly recommend!!

Today I booked in 11 pallets thinking I was able to book a specific collection time (you can't) and accidentally ended up paying for specific delivery times, which I didn't need. When I realised I contacted Pallets Online via the chat widget and explained the situation. Fran refunded the unneeded specific delivery slots for me and updated a few addresses. Given that there were 11 pallets this took around 30 minutes or more to complete and Fran did it all without question or reservation (which you usually expect to get when you ask for a refund). It was handled promptly and professionally. Absolutely cannot fault the service and an added bonus is the website is very easy to use (my silly mistakes were totally user error) Thank you very much for the positive experience.

I needed to send a customer's rear axle off for reconditioning and I was worried about the item getting lost having never sent a pallet before.
