I got $350 stolen right out my hotel room by cleaning staff. The money was in a closed pocket deep in my suitcase so they had to be rummaging through all my stuff. The only thing the hotel staff did was file a report on my behalf. But BEFORE they were willing to file a report, they spent two hours with a security team digging through all my stuff to make sure it wasn’t there. I understand their is protocol for this type of thing but it was very invasive. To sum up, I NEVER got any of my money back, the staff never followed up, and the service was poor. I will not be going back! Lastly, I traveled with a wedding party of 100 people and MULTIPLE people got their money stolen from their rooms. This is a major security issue that must be addressed by this resort ASAP!!! I’m only giving it 2 stars because of the infinity pool was nice. The food is terrible and they don’t enforce any COVID guidelines.More

Poor service, when we arrive our toilet was blocked, so we had to change room. The next room the toilet ranked of urine every single day. And am pretty sure they spike my friend drink. Coz we were on the beach , the bar tender insisted that he will bring my mate drink to us we were drinking the same thing but she seems as if she was on something else, and that’s not like her.

Wer auf Ibiza residieren möchte, der wird sicherlich keine Schnäppchen erwarten. Das Hard Rock ist eine der ersten Adressen und traumhaft schön. Der Preis ist dennoch etwas zu hoch im Vergleich.
