Paige make lovely looking very comfortable jeans, but the durability of their denim is terrible. After just a few months of light use they look very ragged, and not in a nice way. A cheap Primark pair of jeans ages better and has far better durability. At this price point I expect pretty exceptional quality and first class sustainability. Paige falls very far short, and is no more than expensive fast fashion. Hugely disappointed and very difficult to recommend.

Love this brand, and its founder Paige Adams-Geller. Bought their jeans through Nordstrom Canada; mid rise bottcut jeans which fit like a glove and their faux leather jacket in tan.

I ordered three plazzo pants that did not fit n returned by recorded delivery on 29 th July To date no response from Paige until o sent the third email and they responded by saying whether I had sent it to the right address I sent them the post office receipt to say I had Still no reply I fail to understand how such a big company can be so lax

I had a very positive experience instore in the London Kings Road store this weekend. The assistant manager was really helpful and considerate with an online purchase issue I had. Many thanks again for your help.

Where to start!(?) lol….have bought a few pairs of Paige jeans over the last several months (NOT cheap!) anyway, the thing is, I’m in UK 🇬🇧 and they are in USA 🇺🇸 obviously, BUT currently undergoing intense problems with staff there 🇺🇸 whilst trying to sort out a pair bought by me not that long ago BUT wrong style 😡😳🤦♀️ result = LOTS of emails back and forth, theirs mostly computer generated, and then, PHOTOS asked of aforementioned jeans, codes etc etc! You gotta be kidding I thought but duly complied….there was even implication that THEY had got it right in the first place and I had not!!? 😳😱 Well I’m not senile just yet….I currently have spent a fortune on PAIGE jeans, and have enough to ‘sink the Titanic’ why oh why is it SO hard for this multi million dollar company to CORRECT this for me, an elderly, disabled lady!?? Update, recently one of their staff FINALLY telephoned me…yay! twice! (As if I could afford to ring them!! which is always an option, NOT for me) so now I’m STILL awaiting further developments + constructive assistance along with a pair of PAIGE jeans I am unable to wear! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ I wonder if Ms Paige Geller herself EVER gets any feedback such as mine! Lol so far, NOT a peep from her OR her managers, including a London operative!
