It has been a very responsive and reliable site with customer service until lately. The current staff do not respond to any of the issues or hardly get a refund of the items returned unlie before. I have placed order and either items were delivered incorrect and we have been held responsible for their mistakes and did not get a refund until now. Regretfully OZSALE is becoming another bogus site.

I am waiting for a refund from ozsales. They did not deliver all the goods I paid for. I have contacted them and they stated it will take up to 7 business days for a refund. I use afterpay so I will be contacting them regarding the refund.
