Not using fedex or equivalent means I have top pick up parcel from post office, and for the shipping cost tahts not cool. Packaging continues to be excessive - for just re-filling stock its unnecessary and only adds to customer cost.

The products are good. The customer service not so good, since they don't speak good English. But the worse part is the loyalty program. You accumulate thousands of points, but you can only use a small amount a time. So basically, I'm stuck with thousands of points that I cannot use, rendering the loyalty program and the points useless..
