Overtone Haircare Tracking Order Status

Bought different colors for myself and my child to dye our hair. Attempted to apply the extreme blue color on freshly bleached hair and despite following instructions and leaving the color on longer than specified, the hair was not blue when rinsed. Had to resort to using a competitor's hair dye. And the cherry chestnut did not cover grey hairs as hoped. We are left disappointed and will likely not purchase again.
