Overnight Prints Tracking Order Status

ORDER NUMBER: 813546854 ORDER DATE: 06/07/2024 I received "my order" on 6/13 but it wasn't my order at all. It was a hardback book, not my 8.5x11 postcards. I contacted Overnight Prints numerous times to tell them about the error via the website, and finally, I was able to get a response on the 17th: "Dear Carmen Torres, We regret to inform you that there has been an error while printing your order 813546854. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Your order has been re-queued for printing due to Cross Ship. Once reprinted, your order will be shipped. Our goal is to deliver high quality products quickly; unfortunately, from time to time, we run into technical difficulties that delay this process. We can assure you that the issue is under control. Thank you for your patience while we resolve the situation." I finally received our print order on 6/17. They turned out great. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the hassle in trying to reach someone and the amount of time it took to get it corrected AND I still have the book. I cannot throw it away and would like to receive instructions to ship it back. Thank you.
